How to Pay USCIS Filing Fee With a Credit Card
IF YOU ARE FILING ONLINE
If you plan on filing your application or petition online, which will save you $50 in almost all cases, then it is very easy to pay the filing fee with a credit card.
You will be given the opportunity to pay the filing on the USCIS website the same way you would when paying for an online purchase. You can just follow
the instructions when prompted or read the instructions on the USCIS website about paying filing fees.
IF FILING BY MAIL
- Authorization Form G-1450 for credit card payments with mailed USCIS Forms.
- Place the form on top of your application, petition, or request when you file it.
